Professional Firefighters of Hudson Local 3154
Founded in June of 1988, The Professional Firefighters of Hudson Local 3154 are a collective bargaining unit representing approximately 37 Firefighters, Firefighter/Paramedics, Dispatchers, Lieutenants, Lieutenant/Paramedics and Fire Inspector employed by the Town of Hudson, NH Fire Department.
Our members respond to a wide variety of emergencies. These consist of building fires, emergency medical incidents, automobile accidents, hazardous material incidents, wildland fires, and public safety and education programs. We are the men and women you see on the streets every day.
When the Hudson Professional Firefighters are not out fighting fires and saving lives, we are providing many man hours for area charities and public activities. Our main charity is The Muscular Dystrophy Association. Many thousands of dollars have been raised by members during Boot Drives held each year. Firefighters also each Halloween ride their bicycles throughout the Town of Hudson handing out glow necklaces to children that are Trick or Treating. These necklaces provide visibility for the children and give drivers a light beacon. Each year members participate in the Annual Salvation Army Christmas Bell Ringing fund raising. Other activities include Old Homes Day, Fire Prevention Day and several other Town activities... |
